The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Washington are often tougher than in other states,
so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good places. No shortage of good hotels, and if you make reservations in advance you're all
set. When you're paddling down a Olympic Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. A bit of exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have people coming from far and near. On this section you do get some distance, good for a one day paddling trip.
