The wonderful Washington scenery and the cool fresh water make the trip here worthwhile. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature     have people coming from far and near. The Little Fly Creek to Canyon Creek section is the only paddling section along Fly Creek. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. The Little Fly Creek to Canyon Creek stretch of Fly Creek in Clark County is 5.5 miles long and is a class V+ section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Whitewater paddling here in the Northern Cascade Range is a great experience. Briefly about the general area: Fly Creek gets a great deal of water; December is the wettest month with most rain; July is when it's the driest. All through the days of summer at Fly Creek highs are commonly in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's   usually in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's; nighttime lows at Fly Creek during the winter commonly sink into the 30's.
