The starting location is a reasonable drive from Longview-Kelso, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. This is the     only paddling section along Goble Creek. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This is a pretty short section so better bring some good walking shoes. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature are great attractions for lots of people.
