  The Rock Creek to Moulton Falls Park section of Lewis River - East Fork is 2.7 miles long and it is classified as a class III-V section by American Whitewater. The beautiful scenery of Clark County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream have people coming here. This is a pretty short section so no need to bring snacks. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling places. If you're coming from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, there's a road
    map further down the page with more info on that. The beautiful Northern Cascade Range scenery is an added bonus. The campgrounds here at Lewis River - East Fork are pretty good. There are plenty of other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. A bit of exercise
and a chance to spend some time outdoors have people coming from far and near. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set.
