Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so better not forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners. | hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. A good workout and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good places. The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river.
