The beautiful scenery of Washington and the water flowing gracefully down Peshastin Creek beats anything. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels     fill up quick. This section of Peshastin Creek in Washington is 8.5 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class III-IV section of whitewater. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good rivers. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip. This is the only paddling stretch along Peshastin Creek. The campgrounds here at Peshastin Creek are pretty good. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. Briefly about the general area: Through the days of summer highs here at Peshastin Creek get into the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 30's while Peshastin Creek nighttime low temperatures through the   winter are in the 10's.
