The Pilchuck Creek Campsite to Highway 9 Bridge stretch of Pilchuck Creek in Washington is 5.5 miles long and is a class III-IV(V) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The starting location is a short drive from Mount Vernon-Anacortes, as you can see on the road map further down. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car.
