The Geoduck Creek to Kimta Creek stretch of Quinault River - North Fork in Washington is 3 miles long and is a class V section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. This stretch is short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Geoduck Creek to Kimta Creek section is one of them. The scenic beauty of Jefferson County     and the water flowing gracefully down Quinault River - North Fork attract people from near and far. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling rivers. When you're paddling down a Olympic Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. The starting location is a reasonable drive from Port Angeles, as you can see on the road map further down.
