or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. The beauty of the Olympic Mountains is a great plus for this river. This is a pretty short section so no need to bring snacks. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The campgrounds here at Quinault River - North Fork are pretty good.
