The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Washington are often more challenging than in other states, so don't forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. The to National Forest Nooksack stretch of Racehorse Creek in Whatcom County is 4.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class V+ section. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, good for a one day
paddling trip. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with mother nature have people coming from far and near. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good rivers for that around here. This is the only paddling section along Racehorse Creek. The beautiful
