The scenic beauty of Snohomish County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Whitewater paddling     here in the Northern Cascade Range is a great experience. The Bedal Campground to Whitechuck River stretch is one of many paddling stretches in this river system. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of rivers for that.
