The Log Flume interpretive site to Inchelium Road section of Sherman Creek in Washington is 5 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class II-III section of whitewater. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you won't find a large number of other spots. There are a few other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. Great exercise and spending some quality time in
nature have people coming from far and near. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more challenging than the national average, so better not forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non
stop paddle, good for a one day paddling trip. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. The campgrounds here at Sherman Creek are pretty good.
