There are no other sections to paddle along Silver Creek than the Quartz Creek to North Fork Skykomish section. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the     river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This section of Silver Creek in Washington is 1.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class IV-V section. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This section is quite short so no need to bring snacks. Briefly about the general area: Throughout the summer at Silver Creek temperatures are commonly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Silver Creek are in the 20's.
