Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Washington are harder than the national norm, so keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. This section of Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork is 7 miles long and has been rated as a class III-IV section by American Whitewater. The natural beauty of King County and the water flowing gracefully down Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork make the trip here worthwhile. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. There are plenty of other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well.
A good workout and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The wild scenery of the Northern Cascade Range
is great. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. This stretch is mid length, suitable for an afternoon trip.
