The Squire Creek Road to dowstream section of Squire Creek in Washington is 3 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class V section. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so don't forget that a large number of rivers in this state are not easy. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. The nature scenery of Snohomish County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are reasons enough to come here and
paddle. This is a somewhat short section so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. Squire Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Squire Creek Road to dowstream section is the only one. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive
a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. There's camping available near Squire Creek. The beautiful Northern Cascade Range scenery is an added bonus. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here.
Briefly about the general area: At Squire Creek during the months of summer highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; overnight lows in the 30's for Squire Creek.
Squire Creek is a wet location that gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is November while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
