The wonderful Washington scenery and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. This stretch is mid length, good for a one day paddling trip. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car.
