The natural beauty of unknown County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water will make you feel great. The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good spots. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great     reasons to come. This is a short paddling stretch so no need to bring snacks. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Powerhouse to Fishing Access section is one of them. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Washington are often tougher than in other states, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.
