This section of Teanaway River in Washington is 7 miles long and has been rated as a class II+ section by American Whitewater. The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature have people coming from far and near. There are some good stretches to paddle in this river system, the North Fork Teanaway to East Masterson Road stretch is one of them. Briefly about the general area: For the period of the months of summer highs here at Teanaway River reach the   60's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Teanaway River fall into the 10's. The high level of rain makes Teanaway River a rather wet site; January is when you get the most snow here while July is usually the driest month.
