The FS 2350 to Vance Creek Bridge section of Vance Creek in Mason County is 3.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class IV section. Great exercise and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. You might be into whitewater rafting     or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you'll find a large number of good spots. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. When you're paddling down a Olympic Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. Vance Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the FS 2350 to Vance Creek Bridge section is the only one. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This is a pretty short section so better bring some good walking shoes.
