Yellowjacket Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Veta Creek to Cispus River confluence section is the only one. You might have to settle for
a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. The Northern Cascade
Range scenery is wonderful. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Washington tend to be more challenging than the national average, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving.
