Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. The beauty of the Cumberland Plateau Mountains is a great plus for this river. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more forgiving, so keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less demanding.
