If you're coming from Morgantown it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, as you can see on the road map further down. No need to look hard for hotels, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill     up quick. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. The Below Rowlesburg to above Albright Power Dam section is one of many paddling sections in this river system.
