The beautiful scenery of West Virginia and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good spots. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. If you hurry you can run this stretch in a day but why not make it an overnighter, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations
