If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside West Virginia you might find the rivers here a bit more manageable, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many runs in this state are very easy. fill up quick. Great exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have people coming from far and near. This is not the only paddling section in this river system, there are others too.
