The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so better not forget that the rivers in this state are less demanding. A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Briefly about the general area: All through the months of summer at Greenbrier River temperatures are generally in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Greenbrier River. The high level of rainfall makes Greenbrier River a quite wet place; July is the month that gets the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. There is a glorious hiking trail next to Greenbrier River called the Little Mountain Trail.
