The Durbin to Hosterman section of Greenbrier River in West Virginia is 7.7 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II section. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more forgiving, so don't forget that lots of rivers here are good for beginners. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better
reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. This river system is full of great paddling stretches, the Durbin to Hosterman stretch
