  This section of Mill Creek - New River Tributary in West Virginia is 5 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class II-III section of whitewater. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in West Virginia are often more forgiving than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are not as hard as elsewhere. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are sure to keep you coming back
