The campgrounds here at Mill Creek - New River Tributary are pretty good. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some
    time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Ansted to confluence of New River section is one of them. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in West Virginia is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're not from around here
