Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in West Virginia tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are quite easy. Pipestem Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Tom Honaker     Road to Bluestone Lake section is the only one. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. This is a bit of a short stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over.
