This section of Robbins Run is 2.8 miles long and is a class III section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in West Virginia tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so better not forget that rivers here are not as hard as elsewhere. This is a pretty short section so better bring some good walking shoes. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. The
nature scenery of Greenbrier County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water will make you feel great. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality

Briefly about the general area: All through the summertime highs here at Robbins Run get into the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's.
