The Judy Springs to Forest Service Campground section of Seneca Creek in West Virginia is 13 miles long and has been rated as a class IV-V+ section by American Whitewater. The wonderful Pendleton County scenery and the playfulness of the water attract people from near and far. The campgrounds here at Seneca Creek are pretty good. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Judy Springs to Forest Service Campground section is one of them.
