  The Judy Springs to Forest Service Campground section of Seneca Creek in West Virginia is 13 miles long and has been rated as a class IV-V+ section by American Whitewater. The wonderful Pendleton County scenery and the playfulness of the water attract people from near and far. The campgrounds here at Seneca Creek are pretty good. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Judy Springs to Forest Service Campground section is one of them. Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature will make you glad you came. Since
    you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. This section is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so pack your sleeping bag. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots
