The Cedarburg City Park section of Cedar Creek in Ozaukee County is 2.3 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class II-III section. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Wisconsin are easier than the national norm, so you'd better keep in     mind that many of the sections here are safe for beginners. There are nice comfortable hotels here, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Cedar Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Cedarburg City Park section is the only one. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. This section is quite short so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times.
