The starting location is a short drive from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, as you can see on the road map further down. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Wisconsin are easier than the national norm, so keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are quite easy. This is a somewhat short section so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater     rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of places for that. There are nice comfortable hotels here, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. A good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great attractions for lots of people. The Cedarburg City Park section is the only paddling section along Cedar Creek.
