  The Belille Falls section of Chippewa River is 9.4 miles long and is a class I-II section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The nature scenery of Wisconsin and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. This river system is full of great paddling stretches, the Belille Falls stretch is just one of them. This section is long enough to enjoy a good
    non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Wisconsin are often more forgiving than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that a large number of rivers in this state are quite easy. Whether you're
whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other spots. A bit of exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors will have you coming back for more.
