This section of Embarrass River in Wisconsin is 0.5 miles long and has been rated as a class III section by American Whitewater. The Hayman Falls stretch is one of a few paddling stretches in this river system.     Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling spots. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. This stretch is very short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. A bit of exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great reasons to come. The scenic beauty of Wisconsin and the water flowing gracefully down Embarrass River have people coming here.
