The Hervas Landing to Beaver Dam Landing stretch of Flambeau River in Wisconsin is 5.3 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. This     river system is full of great paddling sections, the Hervas Landing to Beaver Dam Landing section is just one of them. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. The campgrounds here at Flambeau River are pretty good. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
