Not too many hotels nearby, you'll     have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. This is a bit of a short stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. The Little Falls to Big Falls section is the only paddling section along Jump River - South Fork. The scenic beauty of Wisconsin and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle.
