You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better     reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. The nature scenery of Wisconsin and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, there are not so many other good places for that around here. This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag.
