The Camp 10 to Menard Isle stretch of Wisconsin River in Wisconsin is 4 miles long and is a class I-II(III) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the     night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. The campgrounds here at Wisconsin River are pretty good. This is not the only paddling stretch in this river system, there are others too. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip.
