Arroyo Mocho River, California - This is a seasonal creek, not a river. The picture below is from early April. The only possible way to kayak or raft this would be during or immediately after a major storm. And the brush on the creek banks would likely be your undoing. I've never heard of anyone ever kayaking this creek.
