| trip. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of spots for that. There are a few other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well. but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car.
Briefly about the general area: Good hiking is available along the River Mont Cave Historical Trail, and Kings Bend is close by and always
great to stop at. The great people of Flat Rock like to hang out close by, and if you're keen on cool geologic traits try High View. This river is so perfect. Russell Cave National Monument is a good national park, and don't
leave Coon Creek without first checking out Craze Bend. Coon Creek sees pretty high levels of rainfall. Of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; October is when it's the driest.
