| good spots. You can enjoy this stretch more if you take your time, so pack your sleeping bag. Getting a good workout and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Briefly about the general area: Take a hike on the Chickaloon Trail. At
Granite Creek you don’t see much rain. For the duration of September this area sees the most rain; March meanwhile is the driest month. Through the summertime months at Granite Creek highs are frequently in the 60's. Through
the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Granite Creek temperatures descend to the 0's.
