Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so don't forget that lots of rivers here are not for beginners. When you're paddling down a Alaska Range river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. A stretch this long is of course too much for a one day   trip, perfect for a real wilderness adventure.
