This section of Brushy Creek in Arkansas is 6.2 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class II+(III) section of whitewater. The river winds through the Ouachita Mountains and you get great scenery. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Arkansas are often more forgiving than in other states, so better     not forget that many runs in this state are very easy. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling spots. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people.
