fill up quick. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The Rockport Ledge stretch of Ouachita River is 0.1 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section.

about the general area: Near Ouachita River you come across Steep Hollow which is a great place to explore, and Ouachita River is a spot with many visitors from Malvern. And that's not all you can do here in the Ouachita
Mountains. A tour to Lake Catherine State Park when you're here at Ouachita River is never a bad idea. Hot Springs National Park is a splendid site in the vicinity of Ouachita River.
