  This section of Big Creek Kings River Tributary in California is 5 miles long and has been rated as a class III-V section by American Whitewater. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside California you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many runs in this state are not easy. The nature scenery of Fresno County and the water flowing gracefully down Big Creek Kings
    River Tributary have people coming here. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. There's camping
available near Big Creek Kings River Tributary. Great exercise and spending some quality time in nature will have you coming back for more. The beautiful Central Sierra Nevada scenery is an added bonus. This is a pretty decent length section, it's good length for a morning trip. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. If you're coming  
from Fresno it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. The Bridge on Forest Service Route 7 to Trimmer Springs Road section is one of a few paddling sections in this river system.
