Briefly about the general area: Here at Eel River - South Fork there are plenty of people from Piercy, and Mill Creek Falls
is a wonderful local attraction. That right there is a heap of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Wages Creek Beach. Richardson Grove State Park is a great
location to have a look at on a beautiful day. Some fine nature is available in Frank and Bess Smithe Redwood Grove. A trip to Standish-Hickey State Recreational Area when you're here at Eel River - South Fork is never a bad idea, and if you feel like a little side visit, try Windy Gap.
