The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so you'd better keep in mind that rivers here are less forgiving. If you're coming from Phoenix Lake-Cedar Ridge it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, as you can see on the road map further down. |

the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13, and hey, Gotta ski right? Dodge Ridge is a perfect site to do that. Coming to this river is always a good idea.
