There are plenty of other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. On this section you do get some distance, you can easily     run it on an afternoon. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. The beautiful scenery of Boulder County and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The beauty of the Front Range is a great plus for this river. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good spots for that around here. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
