The average Georgia whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit harder to master than those in other states, so better not forget that quite a few of the sections here are not easy.

Bear Creek you stumble on pleasant sites like Little Mans Gulch; a short visit to Whiteoak Spring is always worthwhile. There are great sites to look at along the Bluff Trail, and you're sure to stumble upon some good people from Trenton here. Lots of fun awaits you along this river. Going for a hike on the Skyuka Trail is always a nice adventure. A visit to Cloudland Canyon State Park when you're here at Bear Creek is a pleasant idea. Through the warm months at Bear Creek temperatures are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Bear Creek are in the 20's.
