Briefly about the general area: This is a popular location for folks from Cherrylog, and there are splendid places to discover along the Bear
Creek Trail. Fort Mountain State Park is both good and charming, and it's in the neighborhood of Mountaintown Creek, and don't leave Mountaintown Creek without first going for a hike along the Mountaintown Creek Trail. This
is a great river. For the duration of the months of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Mountaintown Creek, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
