River in Fannin County is 5 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class I-II section. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This is a pretty decent length section, you can easily run it on
| an afternoon. This river system has a few good paddling sections and the Swan Bridge to Aska Road section is one of them. There are some good hotels near the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here.

McKaye Trail, and the good people of Blue Ridge like to hang out nearby. Take a hike on the Tearbritches Trail, and Mineral Springs is a scenic place to go to while you're at Toccoa River. If you come to this river you will
have a good time for sure. Near Toccoa River you locate Bullen Gap which is a perfect spot to go to. Toccoa River frequently gets a lot of rain. The wettest month of the year is regularly March, that's the one that rains
the most; October on the other hand is the driest. All through the days of summer highs here at Toccoa River reach the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
