Briefly about the general area: Going for a hike along the Coxey Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty
of this vicinity. Blackburn Saddle is a glorious spot to discover, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Bear Trap Saddle Trail. This is such a fun river. Summertime highs at Big Creek commonly tend to be in
the 70's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Big Creek drop into the 0's.
